    And none of that works against emails that are

    7-bit ASCII
    and
    no attachments (including MIME attachments). Block them all.

    Which is what my email servers allow.

    Certainly a quality hacker would trivially be able to find one of my email addresses - I have hundreds. That should make it even easier.
